Victoria Falls, located on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, is one of the world’s largest and most awe-inspiring waterfalls, spanning 1.7 km with a drop of 108 meters. Known locally as “Mosi-oa-Tunya” (“The Smoke That Thunders”), it was named Victoria Falls by Scottish explorer David Livingstone in 1855, honoring Queen Victoria.
