Mud Spring, locally known as Mainit na Buga, is a volcanic hot spring located on Mount Makiling in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. It is a sulfuric, boiling mud pool formed by geothermal activity, believed to be a dormant volcanic vent. The area is steeped in folklore, often associated with the mythical guardian, Maria Makiling.
