Eswatini, formerly known as Swaziland, is a small, landlocked country in Southern Africa. It gained independence from Britain in 1968 and remains one of the last absolute monarchies in the world. The name officially changed from Swaziland to Eswatini in 2018. Mbabane, on this postcard, is the capital of Eswatini.
